"I was most appreciative that this place was extremely clean. Sheets smelled nice and the bathroom was clean. This is probably the most important thing to me when I stay at VRBO. Nothing was unexpected. While we did not have much communication with the property manager, the check in process and check out process we’re both smooth. "The place is very comfortable. It's the ground floor of an older, large farmhouse and has 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen & a bunk bed), 1 bathroom, 2 TVs, lots of cards and board games! The young couple who own the house live upstairs and are very nice and helpful, too. They have dogs and it was remarkably quiet despite them being right up stairs. They also have chickens and roosters! We brough our dogs, too. They have a large unfenced yard but do have a large penned area for the dogs."
