"The problem with the suites is that the cooking smell of the adjoining kitchen can really permeate throughout the entire space. So whoever cooked like a tomato sauce or something before I was there, I could really smell it in the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable though. The room was clean. The bathroom could use some updating. The staff were very nice."

"Easy check in, but a bit different since there is no staff to help check in. Had to find things on your own, but that was not difficult. Outside furniture could use and upgrade as our friends almost fell through the chair. But is was wonderful being able to sit outside, have appetizers, and play a game or just relax. All other guests we ran into were nice. I would return."

"We had a wonderful week with our family at this beautiful house. We enjoyed having enough bedrooms and space for 10 of us including a baby and 3 year old. The house was very well equipped especially for the kids, a crib, high chair, potty seats, so many toys, a swing set and the pool. The house is old and had a few quirks. It would be helpful if there was signage or an instruction manual for the lights and such. Unfortunately the pool house was off limits. It would have been nice to have a bathroom close to the pool and to be able to use the gym. We were surprised that body wash was not included in the shower and limited toilet paper was provided. The porch was a beautiful place to sit but it was a bit dirty. Overall we were very happy and would definitely recommend this beautiful house in a great location in the Berkshires."
