"Our door to the hallway had a big gap under it. I felt like anyone in the hall could hear us talking. No screen on a window left us sweltering all night. Other window had road noise. Great shower pressure! Mattress horrible. Seaview suite was a room with a bathroom and parking lot/roof view. Great breakfast. "

"An excellent and attractive inn in the heart of Sandwich, Massachusetts. We stayed in the building that was converted from a Catholic Church to an inn and restaurant. The food and service in the upscale restaurant were out standing. The room was well furnished and comfortable."

"This precious gem is located in the center of Falmouth. Restaurants, pubs and shops are within walking distance. B&B owners are helpful and accommodating. We are looking toward booking with Palmer next year. Thank you Bill and Tom."

"The history of the house and the Captains Row area is great for history buffs. The Inn Keepers have decorated and preserved the home with furniture and decor as I would expect for the period. Hats off to them as a home of this age and size must need constant attention. Close to the beaches and dining in Osterville and Hyannis. The breakfast that is included was simply awesome. 3 courses of appropriate proportions, as a vegan, the two breakfast Chefs (Innkeepers) were beyond accommodating. We...

"We arrived at the inn at 5pm and were told there was no electricity due to the storm the day before. The power had been off for 14 hours at that time. We came back after dinner and there was still no power. I'm sympathetic to their plight, but If the owners had told us about this many hours sooner we would have had time to find another place to stay, but by then we stopped at two places that were fully booked and finally decided to drive back to our home in Boston."

Encyclopedically knowledgeable about all things Hyannis AND Cape Cod, he provides invaluable guidance on how to best spend one’s time. The setting is also superb, in a quiet enclave away from the teeming town."
