"The staff was terrific. Ricky and Priscilla accommodated my request to check in a bit earlier. The hotel lobby and breakfast was very very clean. The Rooms were immaculate. Breakfast was replenished so everyone had choices."

"On our way back to Pa from Me and decided to stop here for the night before going to the Woodstock site the next day. Check in was ok. Room was sufficient. Bed was ok. Shower wouldn't shut off the whole way. Thin walls. Turns out no hot tub, but still listed in their description. Didn't use the pool, very dark. Breakfast was ok. Won't be back."

"Staff was amazing"

"Clean room"

"I want to be clear: I love this place! Though it is clearly lacking the proper leadership to truly activate the amenity value add.. the spa services are expensive and be sure to book that dinner or there will not be enough food for you to eat and the area doesn’t have good food. Love the surrounding property / lake / hiking trail.. I’ll continue to come back but bring extra stuff along in my car bc they might not be able to accommodate some of your needs.."

"Checked in 10p-late & several things not acceptable. Food left in refrigerator/tv not connected to service/bed like sponge/poor lighting-dark/dirty sock(1)in middle of floor/water pressure poor/vagrants hanging around/coffee in lobby a joke. Police presence @ 2a, adjacent abandoned property. Debris in parking lot. Would have sought refund/moved hotels if had energy. Just a long day, will not recommend this property."

"Run…run… fast as you can from this place, save your time and money! I’m surprised this place is open for business you have to pay $20 cash to get your key room and I didn’t even stay, I return the key soon as I see how filthy the room was, When I return the key and told the men in the office the room was dirty He told me you can complain much as you want bye! Unbelievable! I had to look for another place to stay"

"The only positive part of my stay was the receptionist, who was very friendly and helpful. The renovations looked okay, but everything else was extremely disappointing. The hotel advertised complimentary breakfast, which was one of the main reasons I booked, only to discover it wasn’t available due to renovations. The shower was barely lukewarm, and there wasn’t even a shelf to put my shampoo, conditioner, or other shower essentials. The microwave didn’t work, and I had to wait approximately 45...

"The place was dirty overall and the floors were dirty. People seemed to be loving there and causing constant noise throughout the nights. No smoke alarm in the room either."

"Very new and clean hotel with good choice break fast."

"The room seemed smaller than normal with a King size bed. There was only one desk chair for sitting which was inconvenient for having dinner for two in the room. The additional inconvenience was a community microwave and ice dispenser was located only on the first floor of the hotel. The available breakfast amenities and snacks were great choices"

"The property is located very close to the Performing Arts Center. I would not recommend walking to a performance, but it is less than a mile from the venue entrance. The hostess is lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious! We had a comfortable stay."

"I loved our stay here. I would definitely come back."
