"The hotel and my room were both clean and well maintained. My disappointment stems from housekeeping completely missing my room during the stay, and not refilling the empty body wash in the shower, even though I asked. Also disappointing, there is not currently an open restaurant or bar there (as of 10/30/26-11/1/26). We’ve stayed there before and liked it. Hopefully things improve."

"We had an amazing time. The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was immaculate, and the location was perfect."

"Extremely Disappointing Stay — Multiple Dirty Rooms, Stained Bedding, and an Unacceptable Presidential Suite. I genuinely wish I were writing a positive review, but our experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway for my husband and me turned into a frustrating experience involving multiple room changes, questionable cleanliness, stained bedding, and repeated conversations with management. We specifically reserved a room with a balcony because...

"First and last time staying at this hotel. To begin the experience, we got some vague instructions on where to park. We eventually realized that we were paying $20 a night to park in public parking. It was the night before Halloween, so all of the retail parking was full. They mentioned a garage, but we never found it. After about a half an hour we managed to snag a space in front of a shop as someone was leaving. Every faucet in the room required time to figure out. No markings on the...

"Breakfast buffet was always delicious and the serving staff wonderful. Meals in the evening at the restaurant were also above average with excellent staff."

"The lady serving me at the breakfast was kind and sweet."

"We were guests for 4 nights, and received very poor service in the dining room our first night. We were seated and given menus, and the young man in charge of the bar and tables (he had the assistance of another worker) essentially forgot about us. The room wasn’t that busy. He took care of the drinkers at the bar, and then spent 2 lengthy periods at a table of young ladies who had already been served. He glanced our way several times but never returned. We waited a full 15 minutes and...

"Shower is too slick even when the floor is dry. I’m not sure if it’s because of cleaning residue from housekeeping. But this lead to me falling hard backwards in the shower. Maybe try to use a different cleaning product to prevent this from happening to others. Other than that the stay was good."
