"I was upset the night we checked in, an wrote a horrible review in my head over night. The reason for picking this hotel was that we could leave our car to go to Tigers game and then easily hop on the freeway and head home afterwards. Parking was $55 overnight, which is higher than we pay downtown Atlanta but ok. Then there was a sign up saying if we left car, after check-out we'd be charged $75 and the night clerk wasn't budging. In the morning I decided I pay it, since it was the simplest option, but I was pissed, until I handed over my credit card and was told I'd only be charged another $20, Much more reasonable paying $75 for the 24 hours we were there. If they keep this policy we'd stay again...room and breakfast were good."

"All the staff members were nice. My daughter lost her iPad and the staff found it and kept it safe until we figured out where it was. "
