"We had a nice stay in this condo/duplex. Overall, it was a nice stay. We didn’t really like being able to hear the neighbors next door as we had a toddler with us trying to take naps and sleep during the night. In the morning, there were multiple centipedes that we needed to pick up and a few my toddler found and put them in her mouth. The condo was clean and pictures were accurate online. "Location was perfect, house was clean and quiet, the beach was beautiful and there were plenty of chairs. The owner even supplied and new beach umbrella, mat, coffee, and a hand-written note. Just a quick walk to the beach and you could easily walk or bike to the downtown area. Perfect for our little family."

"The 2 bedroom cottage was perfect for me and my 2 married friends to visit St Mary. They stayed in the queen bed room and me in the twin room. Really cute fenced in patio on the side and a separate covered front porch as well (we kept our bikes there while it rained). Great location for biking around St Mary and also taking the ferry to Cumberland Island!"

"Beautiful location, views are stunning and to be able to walk a few steps to the beach was a joy! The kitchen and living areas was great. My sister didn't get to come, she ended up in the hospital, but had she come it would have been hard for her to climb the stairwell from the bedrooms to the living & dining areas. "The beach cottage was absolutely lovely. Directly across the street from the beach. Both bedrooms and baths were fitted with nice linens. The kitchen was well stocked for 4 guests. The deck on the front of the house has very comfy chairs and a lovely table wth an umbrella. It was great sitting out there for drinks and dinner. We used the gas grill twice too. The property manager Jean was available and responsive to our needs. Since she was traveling her backup David helped us out with the TV....

"We had a fantastic stay at Cozy Norris Cottage! The house was so cute, clean and comfortable. All the little touches in the house made us feel so welcomed and pampered. Enjoyed our day at Cumberland Island. Eileen was an excellent host and was very responsive. We all enjoyed our coffee sitting in the screened in porch. The squirrels and little lizards in the yard put on a show fir us! The Keurig coffeemaker and assorted coffees were convenient and easy. Thank you so much!!"

"The house is very close to the beach. Walking back and forth no issues. Master bedroom had a leak from upstairs. Bathroom in master is crazy. Step up to use the toilet and shower step way up don’t slip of piece of marble. Crazy add ons. Wash n fold in town was very useful."
