"I had a hard time one night reaching a front desk person to reactivate my room key card."

"Staff not helpful .. checking out they had to inspect before giving my deposit back. Where the trust In your customers."

"While the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the room clean, there are no microwave or refrigerator, tissues or toiletries in the room. The handicap accessible room was meant for wheelchairs. Everything is low, so if you use a walker or otherwise stand upright it is very inconvenient."
