"Best hotel in Brazil. Great service, great food, awesome accommodations, beautiful ambience and remarkable attention to detail! In love with this place :)"

"Es una estancia básica austera"

"Unfortunately had to change room twice, once due to bad smell and another due to bed bugs. Staff were semi helpful but in the end we were only compensated around £5 towards food"

"Great place"

No me encantó el check in tan tarde y lento"

"The room was nice and spacious, but they didn’t refill the mini fridge or toilet paper when it got low. Room service was quick and buffet options were nice. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Foi tudo maravilhoso equipe atenciosa tudo limpo povo prestativo"

"The kids amenities here are next level!"

This hotel is a smaller scale, except for the extra-large game room and gym (larger than Carimã). The rooms and service excellent. Olga, of guest services, also fluent in English and Spanish, provided unusually exceptional service throughout are stay. She took the initiative on various things, from getting...

"Excelente local, próximo ao principais destinos turísticos, bastante comodidade"

"Great service and clean hotel with easy access to the city."

"The hotel was nice, Breakfast was good, staff were friendly, but their Air-conditioning system was not working."

"This is how they handle bedding: a flat sheet is used as the only cover for the mattress, and then a shared blanket with yellow stains and dirty spots is placed on top. This is absolutely disgusting. I honestly can’t stand it. It seems to be the same all across the Americas. The hygiene standards are terrible."
