"Although the hotel reviews weren’t great, we found the location to be quite convenient. It’s a good place to stay if you’re travelling to Lincoln, with plenty of restaurant options and quick shopping nearby. However, the hotel management and service could definitely be improved. Check-in took quite a while due to some inexperienced staff. Our room key/card also stopped working unexpectedly, although it was fixed quickly. The room service was another area that could use improvement. The room wasn’t vacuumed properly, and overall, the housekeeping could have been more thorough. Overall, the location was the main positive for us, but the service and management need some improvement."

"this is a great spot for an overnight stay after long drive. staff were nice, room clean and overall well maintained. only comment is that the breakfast trays were a bit falling apart and some cereal dispensers didnt work. they did serve a good hot/cold varieties though. overall would come back"

"The room was clean and pretty quiet. We paid for the included breakfast, which easily took over 1 hour each day, just to get oatmeal!! It was not worth it. You're way better off getting some banana bread or going to a local restaurant, which had to be quicker!!"

"The room was super clean. The jacuzzi bath was amazing although I didn’t use the jets it was perfect for recovering from the hikes we did. The bed was nice….not as soft as I like but still very easy to fall asleep in. Our rooms were quiet. Fireplace was amazing. Loved the kitchen. It was so spacious. The only downside was no food. And the food places in town are not the best…slow, expensive, and there’s so much traffic. It’s best to buy your own groceries and cook. And it’s surrounded by so much beautiful scenery. Loved just sitting on the balcony when it rained; super peaceful."
