"Clean room, tired bathroom and hallways. Reception and breakfast room good. Excellent price, second stay. Note no air conditioning - so winter stay was good, summer stay room was a hot during the high temperatures."

"The staff when I checked in (Harry) was very very good and friendly, he was so nice and welcoming. Unfortunately I was disappointed as the hotel had bed bugs. I spent whole night itching and scratching. When I woke up, my whole body had bites and all red. Very uncomfortable, I informed the lady in the reception but she was not understanding and at most she said she will send the cleaner to clean the room. Not happy with that outcome "

"Previously stylish hotel perhaps somewhere on the owners' list of overdue renovations. It's OK but not outstanding, scruffy and some public areas requiring better cleaning. Breakfast was functional but not IMO as good a perk as other reviewers report. 3 days stays get no room cleaning, you have to request clean towels. Staff are helpful and cheerful. Railway station opposite."

"The front staff was absolutely outstanding, they really go out of there way to make you comfortable, esp the young lady, she really made my daughters staff perfect!"
