"This is a lovely little property in a quiet area, next door to a forest. The kitchen provided everything necessary, including an excellent bean to cup coffee machine and dish washer. Soap etc was also provided. There is a cleaning fee of 60€ and a 20€ per person optional fee for sheets and towels. "Good central location - but quiet spot away from main rd. Near a primary school and residential flats and a park. Child friendly. Very good staff on reception. Clean room with balcony and small kitchen facilities. Very good shower. Great location if you want to explore central Berlin. A few mins walk from a subway station"
