A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 75% due 13 days before check-in. Please ensure sufficient funds are available on your Visa or Mastercard, as fees may apply for declined transactions.

Security Deposit & House Rules Compliance

A $1,000 security deposit bond will be held on the stored credit card starting on the day of check-in. This amount is temporarily charged and held as a pre-authorization and will be released within 7 days after check-out, provided there are no damages, rule violations, or breaches of the STRA Code of Conduct. Please note that additional fees may apply if any House Rules or the STRA Code of Conduct are not followed, or if extra cleaning, repairs, or replacements are required as a result of your stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a respectful and well-cared-for space for all guests and neighbours.



Please note that we strictly enforce a no-noise, no-party policy. Coastal Nest is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, we cannot accept bookings for any lively gatherings including but not limited to hens/bucks parties or schoolies groups. Our home is best suited for families or groups seeking a peaceful break.



Fireplace not for guest use due to safety concerns.



Linen and bath towels are provided, with all beds made for your arrival. Please bring your own beach towels.
