"Sehr nettes Personal und gutes Essen. Zimmer und Hotel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. "

"Check-in was confusing and daunting. When I arrived in early evening, the front door was locked and the desk area was completely dark. Eventually, we went around back to look for humans, and some guests were playing ping pong and said the lady had been seen around earlier. The back door was open, though this added a flight of stairs to haul luggage up. Once inside, the dark desk had an un-labeled envelope on it and some signage in german indicating some numbers to call for help. One rang the...

"Great place to stay! Spa was great! Hotel staff was incredible. Breakfast was also very good! Would stay again."

"The room had tons of hairs covering both end tables, the desk, and the chairs—plain as day dark hairs. The phone was covered in obvious grime. We travel frequently and I’ve never seen anything like it. We were horrified, and with no staff on hand to address the issue with, we left within a few minutes of arrival, immediately reaching out to Expedia with photos of the filthy room. They apologized and tried to negotiate with the hotel staff, but we were charged for the night. Beware!"

"Very nice room. Friendly staff."

"Typiquement allemand, on ne trouve plus d établissement comme ça de nos jours : salles très spacieuses, hautes de plafond donc plus difficiles à chauffer... etc.. Bon restaurant. En pleine nature à côté de Kaiserslautern. Confort suffisant pour les chambres, bons sanitaires"

"When I arrived I asked for assistance in getting my bags out of my car. They were there locked split. Next morning - the same thing- in no time flat they came up to my room to assist me. I might add that I have to use a cane to ambulate. Everything was very clean. The staff was very helpful..."

"I have been to this place 20 years ago. It is still a great place to eat and stay. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. If able, please try to get a central microwave for the hallways or for guest use downstairs. Breakfast was very good!"

"Alles war in ordnung"

"mi estancia de 2 noches fue en un apartamento uso individual, tipo pequeño Motel o sea donde se puede aparcar el coche delante de la puerta. Esta al lado del hotel y hay una plaza grande de parking. Se ve que están renovando las habitaciones en el edificio principal y la plaza delante de los apartamentos, así que quedará un tiempo de obras por delante pero ya en sí me he gustado mucho y me sentía como en casa. El Apto. fue muy bonito."

"The staff was fantastic and friendly. The café was great. My only complaint is that the desk closed at 4:30 or 5, which was a little inconvenient. But our overall stay was very nice."

"Very clean and my room had by the looks of it had recently been upgraded, could have done with a fan being available in the room, breakfast was acceptable but slow in coming"

"Super Hotel! Ich war wirklich ein sehr schön. Kann ich nur empfehlen."
