"We recently stayed at the hotel for three nights. The room was nice but as a couple we were disappointed by the bed which only had two single duvets, one for each. We asked for these to be replaced by one double duvets to fit both of us, the receptionists refused. Plus, they did not change towels every day which was not ideal. When we checked out, they wanted to charge us for breakfast which we did not take. They only removed the charge after we explained that we did not have breakfast. Finally,...
