Welcome to the Rätia holiday flat with a fantastic view of 3/4 of Lake Constance. How about a few days in the countryside but still close to the city? Wolfhalden is located in the beautiful Appenzellerland, far away from all the stress and yet everything is within easy reach. You want to enjoy the countryside? No problem! Hiking, cycling and biking opportunities await you on the doorstep. Those who prefer a more leisurely pace can sunbathe in one of the outdoor pools or at Lake Constance or indulge themselves at the spa. And for those who long for the city, the cultural city of St. Gallen, where shopping, restaurants, bars and clubs await, is just 45 minutes away by post bus or 20 minutes by car.The newly renovated holiday flat is located in a former guesthouse overlooking Lake Constance. It is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, spices, crockery, bath towels, bed linen etc.. The rooms are lovingly furnished with plenty of shelves and storage space. A small balcony invites you to enjoy breakfast with a view of the sunrise over the Pfänder. In the living room you will find a TV and various games for young and old. Wireless internet access and parking spaces are also available. In the entrance area you will find brochures and books on activities in and around Appenzellerland. The Keller family is looking forward to your stay. From 7 nights we give you the Oskar Card for the first three days (minimum period of validity) at a reduced price. You can extend the Oskar Card for up to 8 days. Children from 6-16 years pay half price.

Beste Aussichten

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Sauberkeit ist nicht zu übertreffen. Die Ausstattung lässt keinen Wunsch offen, es ist alles sehr gepflegt und neuwertig. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße und dadurch ist es sehr ruhig. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr herzlich und empfangen und tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Alles ist irgendwie sehr persönlich und wir hatten das ehrliche Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Phänomenal ist die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer der Küche und dem schönen Balkon. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Absolute Empfehlung. Dankeschön.

ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Wer einen Ort in ruhiger, ländlichen Gegend sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir sind mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angereist, Auch wenn vielleicht die Adresse auf den ersten Blick etwas abgelegen erscheint, wir kamen mit den Bussen bzw. der Bahn ab Heiden gut zurecht. In dieser zeitgemäß, top renovierten Wohnung in diesem schönen, alten, heimeligen Haus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt (herrliche Aussicht aus den Zimmern und vom Balkon über das Appenzellerland und den Bodensee). Die freundlichen Vermieter Frau und Herr Keller waren stehts bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Gutes Preis Leistungs-Verhältnis! Wir können diese Ferienwohnung mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Wenn der Nebel nicht war, hatte man einen super Blick auf den Bodensee. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kontaktaufnahme vor der Reise über E-Mail war problemlos und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten super entspannt ins neue Jahr starten.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Sehr liebevoll und komfortabel eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss mit traumhafter See- und Talsicht. Nagelneue, funktionale Küche in der wir nichts vermisst haben. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würden hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen.
