"Despite being in a busy neighborhood - the hotel was a relaxing stay. All staff we encountered were incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was superb and the pool was a fun treat for the kids! Highly recommend the Westin Grand for a family stay. "

"Was in Frankfurt for a conference. The location is super convenient and the stay and breakfast great! The staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, but now fridge. The area around the station is rough at night, making the hotel a great oasis to relax and rest. The parking is a hassle and expensive at the train station and a long way to carry suitcases. Will probably stay here again."

"You can see stains on the carpet because it is light grey. Area is not close to city centre but the tram ride is a short one. It’s a decent price for a stay because Frankfurt is expensive. "
