Needs improve chair in the room not safe and comfortable to seat, TV channels needs more channels like movies everything else is good keep up the good work...."

"The front of house staff were excellent in trying to resolve our dilemma of AC not working. We were first moved rooms because of a terrible metal on metal grinding coming from the air vent. Then the new room was so hot during the night would not go below 24.5 when a heat alert outside. No relief so we could not sleep. The hallway was very cool, we almost propped the door open to sleep to let the cool air in but then thought not so safe. Turns out the whole floor experienced the same issue and...
