Outside, you'll find a furnished terrace, a private garden, and a barbecue – perfect for enjoying time outdoors. Two private parking spaces are available directly at the property.

Thanks to the proximity to the ski bus, you can easily reach the ski areas of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental. In summer, numerous hiking and cycling trails, as well as attractive destinations such as Kitzbühel, the Wildschönau valley, and Kufstein Fortress, offer a variety of experiences.
