Before I booked, I knew it was a small room and to be fair, I was offered to pay a little bit more to upgrade, but the room had everything I needed and I didn’t care it was small. "The property is not located where advertised. It claims to be 1 minute away from the waterside theatre and therefore not far from the train station. This was very important to me and my wife who were travelling with several heavy bags and needed to be very close to both and this is the exact reason we booked it. However, it turns out it’s around 25 minute walk away from the theatre! As a result, we had to take a couple of Ubers back and forth and thought it only fair the host covers the cost...

"Away for work and stayed at this really quiet venue. Nice greeting from host, great room (Apsley). Wifi good in room, no decaf option in room. Can I suggest a light in the porch so that you can see to enter the door code (sorry if there is one, couldn't see it). Great breakfast with lots of choice."

"Beautiful property, really clean and perfect little breakfast in the fridge in room. Lovely texts from Arden to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. Rooms would benefit from some black out curtains to complement the lovely blinds, however there was a sleep/eye mask provided which was appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, felt very comfortable and safe as a single female traveler."
