"The room smelled bad! The space was microscopic. We had to work when we were there and the table wasn’t a table more like a 4 inch ledge. Altogether, we won’t be going back to Tru hotels…ever. Staff wasn’t mean or anything just very un-helpful. And uninterested in helping. We had to ask all the questions: What is our room number? Where are the elevators? When is breakfast? When is checkout?"

"Do not let the Wyndham name fool you. I booked this property online sight unseen based on the Wyndham name, location, and decent ratings expecting a standard hotel experience. Because it is branded as a hotel, I assumed it would have traditional interior corridors. Imagine my shock when I pulled up and found that all room doors open directly to the exterior parking lot.
