"Rooms clean when asked for extra towels we got them quickly. Went down to eat for dinner, waiter took order and never came back, another waiter came by and asked about our food and he said that he was going to check on it and never came back. Waiting 45 min. we left. Breakfast was cold and ended up leaving without eating."
