"Convenient location, quiet but close to the quay and walkway to the Wells cafe / beach. No parking at the B&B but possible on street (does get busy) or Quay car park a short walk away and only £5 for 24 hours. Close to pubs / restaurants and the Whinhill Norfolk Cider company. A fabulous location in Norfolk about 15 minutes drive from Holt and the North Norfolk Railway by a maze of little country roads. No traffic noise just peace and quiet. "The food was OK but disappointing. No fresh fish options!! Breakfast was good. Coffee excellent. Should be a better arangement with the council re parking. Room was clean...good touches re coffee machine and shaving mirror."

"Really lovely room. Lots of extras you don't usually get like a fridge, water, washing up liquid and cloths so you can wash up your glasses and cups, umbrella, torch and magnifying make up mirror. On arrival there was really tasty home made flapjacks in the room. Our room had a little decking area with chairs. We sat out one evening and it was so peaceful. The breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. The booking was simple and the owners communicated really well before and during our stay....
