Cozy Nurdachhaus in Carolinensiel
In the approximately 60m ² Nurdachhaus can spend relaxing hours and make their vacation perfect.
The plot is about 150m ² and has a garden and a parking space.
The house, dike nest 'is located on the outskirts, is quiet and yet only a few meters to the beach or the center.
The house has a cozy terrace with a fantastic, unobstructed view over a 10ha large field. Since it is the southern exposure, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets here.
It is only a few meters to the playground, where your little ones can enjoy themselves to their heart's content.

In the living and dining area is a cozy sitting area with a big sofa and a chair. A TV is part of the inventory. The dining area can accommodate 4 people.
From the living and dining area a staircase leads to the upper floor. Here are 2 bedrooms. One room is a double room and the other is a twin room.
In the hallway between the bedrooms there is plenty of storage space for suitcases etc.
The kitchen (2016) is fully equipped and has a fridge, a dishwasher and a modern ceramic hob with extractor fan. Furthermore, for example, include a coffee maker and kettle for inventory.
In the hallway below is a built-in wardrobe that can be used as a warehouse and a cleaning corner in which, for example, a vacuum cleaner has its place.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet.

Das wunderschöne Nurdachhaus liegt sehr ruhig und ist für zwei bis drei Personen ausreichend dimensioniert. Sogar das Mitbringen von Haustieren ist möglich. Ein kleiner Spielplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Die Ausstattung ist moderneren Zuschnitts und lädt zum erholsamen Entspannen ein. Es gibt umfangreiche Möglichkeiten seine eigenen Sachen zu verstauen! Das kostenlose WLAN funktioniert perfekt und hilft das eigene Datenvolumen zu entlasten. Die Terrasse bietet einen weiten Blick über das Feld und erlaubt abends noch einen mußevollen Ausklang des Tages… Habe mich nun schon zum zweiten Mal perfekt in diesem Haus erholt. Sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal! Mit zwei Unterbrechungen bin ich das schon seit 2010! Beeindruckt hat mich in diesem Jahr die von mir sehr spät erweiterte Buchung, die ebenso problemlos wie schnell realisiert werden konnte! Sehr gut gefällt mir überdies die perfekte Kommunikation in jeder Phase des Kontakts! Diese ist schnell, professionell und vor allem ausgesprochen freundlich! Dafür auch an dieser Stelle lieben Dank!

Die gesamte Abwicklung über BPS, wie immer seit sehr vielen Jahren, schlicht perfekt! Danke für diese traumhafte kleine Urlaubsinsel! Nach mittlerweile 11 Buchungen über BPS und in jedem Fall einer ebenso perfekten wie vor allem auch ausgesprochen freundlichen Begleitung in der Durchführung: ich werde noch sehr viele Jahre Ihr Gast sein! Der „Rahmen“ ist für mich persönlich konstituierender Teil eines gelungenen Urlaubserlebnisses und zudem Voraussetzung für die zumeist dringend erforderliche Erholung! Tolles Haus mit besonderem Ambiente. Die Aussicht auf das gelbe Rapsfeld ist unbezahlbar. Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und von der Qualität her sehr hochwertig. In ruhiger Wohnlage mit direkt gegenüberliegenden schönem Spielplatz und Fußballfeld. Wir werden das Häuschen definitiv wieder mieten. Auf jeden Fall.

Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit! Ein süßes, mukkeliges, kleines Hexenhaus mit direkt angrenzenden Feld. Super ruhige Lage & trotzdem sehr zentral. Bis zum Hafen sind es nur wenige Minuten, bis zum Restaurant ebenso. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Das einzige was uns nicht zugesagt hat war der Hundestrand und Carolinensiel... 10 Meter breit, voller Strandkörbe & dann noch 1€ Eintritt. Jedoch ist nur 20 Autominuten der Hundestrand Schillig entfernt - ein Traum für jeden Hundebesitzer! Nur zu empfehlen! Ja
