"I love the Westin but this one needs some love. This place needs a deep clean. The carpets are dingy, there is a lingering smell. There was a weird dip in the bathroom floor and a shower curtain that doesn’t fit the Westin aesthetic. Water was not stopped by the curtain as it was too short. Water pulled in the floor. Unfortunate."

"The hotel was nice but it felt like everything revolved around the bar / club on the first floor. On check Friday night we had to make our way through everyone that over flowed to the lobby area and the front drive and the side of the building was overtaken by motorcycles. We just didn’t realize we were staying at a nightclub. Then when finally got checked in I finally made my way to the bar that was very unorganized and not clean. Then I ordered 2 Budlights bottles and a vodka and sweet tea and was surprised to find out my total was $38.00. Just felt like I was taken advantage of."

"Breakfast was ok but it didn’t cater to people who do not eat pork. The people working the eating area were great. Make sure to not stay on the 4th floor near room 424, I’m not going to say why but if you get that room you will know what I’m referring to. Hotel was clean and when asked for extra towels and wash clothes they were provided."

"I liked the location. Staff was great. My first issue when I went to take a shower and there was no hot water. The second issue was when I woke up at 1:30 am and the room was 76 degrees. I called the front desk and explained that the air conditioner wasn’t working in the room. She asked me if I wanted a fan. I were down to the front fest and request a different room for the rest of the night. She did give me a different room. By the time I got back to the room it was 82 degrees in there. We threw our possessions on the cart I got from the lobby and moved to the next room. The rest of the night went well. We got up and checked out at the front desk and left for the trip back home. About an hour later we stopped to get something to eat and she realized she didn’t have her lower denture. She said she probably left them in the first room 1263 when we were in a hurry to go to the next room. I called the front desk and and if they could have someone check the room. She said to call back in a half hour or so and she would have housekeeping check. I’m the meantime we got on the road again and call back later and she confirmed they had the denture and put it in the lost and found then gave me instructions on how to get it sent to my house. I went to the post office and sent a prepaid envelope to the hotel which will be delivered to the hotel on 6/11. I hope that works out. Please call me when it gets shipped. Thank you.
