"This is my 3rd or 4th visit. The room price reasonable and having the restaurant attached means you can dip in and out as you need. The purpose of our visit was to see family and friends. The mattress in room 4 was poor. It ha a big dip in it. When I sat on the bedside, the dip in the bed meant I fell sideways. And similar when lying in bed, I rolled towards the middle.and woke every morning with a lump in my back. I didn't mention it until leaving as we had a busy schedule and changing rooms...

Apart from that, excellent. Very clean. Good communication from owners. Easy check-in. Good value for money. Good location, only a few minutes from town centre. Would recommend. "

"Well what a surprise we hadn’t expected much as we paid a very reasonable price. Arrived and was shown up to our room, very friendly service. We stayed in the cappuccino room. The room was lovely, great size & really light and airy. "The pub restaurant has fantastic food and nice staff although the room was cold already when we arrived and an extra electric radiator was is place. We woke up at the middle of the night and all central radiators were off, we musste take the kids into our bed to warm up! The radiator was on only at 6:30 am. Not recomendável during winter time "

"Booked a twin room which they'd double booked our room but they did managed to sort out 2 single rooms which actually worked much better for my housemate and I. Overall the building is very rustic and quite quaint, the rooms are decently sized, the beds are comfy enough for the short term and the bathroom is very modern. Unsure if there's wifi as I didn't have any for the whole stay but as i was visiting to see family it didn't really bother me that much."

"My advice to anyone going to Beverley do not stay at the game bird it should be shut down because in my opinion it is a health hazard my breakfast was not cooked it was cremated never again"

"The owners were really helpful. I informed them beforehand I was arriving late, but I was even later than planned and they had no problem with this. It was a friendly welcome and I just needed a bed as a base for wildlife photography at Bempton and this fitted the bill. There was a bit of wear and tear in the room, but it was clean and a nice building. And great value for money. I would stay again."

"We were three families from three different cities that drove to the caravan site, and upon arrival, you said, "Sorry, our website had issues, and we can't do anything for you now. We can only refund your money." Not only have you caused us financial losses equivalent to the cost of three tanks of gas, but you've also ruined our weekend plans. I'm genuinely disappointed in the management of this website. All I can say is, you are highly irresponsible. It's unclear whether you'll refund my money...
