"We can't say enough good things about Garden Island and staying in Willow cabin (boathouse). It's all about being next to Lake Champlain. The peace, the beauty, the many ways to play or rest. Relaxing on the screened in porch is awesome in all weather and was our favorite feature. It has a million dollar view that far surpasses most rental homes and definitely is the best on the island. The sandy beach, the dock, the kayaks, the sprawling lawn, the Adirondack chairs offer abundant ways to kick...

"We needed a place for a few days to do some family matters in Schoon, this was Perfect because it let us bring our two dogs. They hade a great time. The Owner was Great with Comunication. Perfect place."

"It was great to get some warm up runs in cross country skiing right out the front door, grab the included ski passes to Scotts Cobble right across the street for some nice laps on groomed trails. Definitely recommend this quiet getaway just a few minutes from downtown Placid."

"Wonderful stay here in Ticonderoga for a family wedding! The property was charming. The front porch was so welcoming with comfortable wicker furniture. The house seemed to be recently renovated, and with very good taste. Good parking, very clean, modern roomy kitchen, comfortable, cozy living room, beautiful bathrooms, spacious bedrooms with super comfortable beds. We loved having our morning coffee on the back deck. Highly recommend this lovely property!"
