Located right on the Old Harbor of the Hanseatic city of Wismar, next to the restored Ohlerich Warehouse, is the newly built luxury vacation apartment complex “Hafenspitze.” A total of 39 hotel-style, exclusive vacation apartments await you, each with a balcony, loggia, or terrace. These excellent apartments are 2- and 3-room units ranging from 42 square meters to 99 square meters of living space, all featuring high-quality amenities. All apartments feature underfloor heating. The units are spread across three floors and are easily accessible by elevator. Some of the vacation homes are designed to be barrier-free. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are provided. Each vacation apartment offers a view of the harbor area and the Baltic Sea. The Hafenspitze area also features a BAIS guest reception desk, as well as restaurants and various small shops. You’ll enjoy your stay in a maritime setting and be just a few minutes’ walk from Wismar’s Old Town, with its historic buildings and Brick Gothic churches, including a viewing platform offering a panoramic view of the Hanseatic city.

This charming unit at Hafenspitze 34 is a 3-room maisonette vacation apartment, ideal for up to 4 people. It is located on the 3rd floor of the building. The apartment has a living area of 93 square meters, and the loggia offers a lovely view of the harbor promenade. A fully equipped, open-concept kitchenette is included. There are two separate bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a shower and heated floors. Upon your arrival, the beds for 2 people will already be made. Towels and bath towels for 2 people are also included. Additional linen packages can be booked for a fee. This is a non-smoking unit. For a fee, you can park your vehicle in the public harbor parking garage, approximately 300 meters away.

For our guests with discerning tastes, the 3-room maisonette apartment at Hafenspitze 34 is an ideal vacation destination. In particular, the spacious 93-square-meter living area offers ideal conditions even for a longer stay with up to 4 people. An elevator takes you up to the 2nd floor. A separate staircase inside the apartment leads to the very high-quality furnished living/dining area with an integrated kitchenette, where you’ll also find a comfortable seating area, a large dining table, as well as a flat-screen TV and internet radio with hotel mode. Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge.

From the living area, you can step out onto the spacious loggia, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the harbor and the Baltic Sea. Electric exterior blinds are provided in the living area for summer heat protection. You’ll spend restful nights in two separate bedrooms, where you can store your vacation clothes in spacious closets.

The vacation home features a high-quality bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and heated towel rack. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth throughout the entire apartment, making a vacation stay during the winter months particularly comfortable. Upon your arrival, the beds for 2 people will already be made, and hand and bath towels will be provided as part of the included service. If you are traveling with more than 2 people, additional linens are available for a fee.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. If you are arriving by car, the nearby harbor parking garage offers a parking space. Upon arrival, a cash deposit of 50 euros is required for the parking pass.
