A total of 39 hotel-style, exclusive vacation apartments await you, each with a balcony, loggia, or terrace. These excellent apartments are 2- and 3-room units ranging from 42 square meters to 99 square meters of living space, all featuring high-quality amenities. All apartments feature underfloor heating. The units are spread across three floors and are easily accessible by elevator. Some of the vacation homes are designed to be accessible. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are provided. Each vacation apartment offers a view of the harbor area and the Baltic Sea. The Hafenspitze area also features a BAIS guest reception desk, as well as restaurants and various small shops. Located on the first floor, this vacation rental features a terrace with views of the harbor area and the Baltic Sea. You’ll be welcomed by a comfortable, high-quality furnished living-dining area that also includes an open kitchenette. For self-catering guests, a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and other appliances are provided. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. An internet-enabled TV is also available, as is an internet-enabled radio.

The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a second TV, and a wardrobe.
