Located directly on the Old Harbor of the Hanseatic city of Wismar, the newly built luxury vacation apartment complex “Hafenspitze” stands next to the restored Ohlerich Speicher. A total of 39 hotel-style, exclusive vacation apartments await you, each with a balcony, loggia, or terrace. These excellent apartments are 2- and 3-room units ranging from 42 square meters to 99 square meters of living space, all featuring high-quality amenities. All apartments feature underfloor heating. The units are spread across three floors and are easily accessible by elevator. Some of the vacation homes are designed to be barrier-free. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are available.

Each vacation apartment offers a view of the harbor area and the Baltic Sea. The Hafenspitze complex also features a guest reception desk and dining options. You’ll enjoy your stay in a maritime setting and can reach Wismar’s Old Town in just a few minutes on foot, where you’ll find historic buildings and Brick Gothic churches, along with a viewing platform offering a panoramic view of the Hanseatic city. The vacation apartment described here, Hafenspitze 4, is a two-room apartment with a balcony located on the first floor. The living area is 59 square meters. There is a separate bedroom as well as two additional sleeping arrangements. Upon arrival, made-up beds and towels for two people are included. Additional linen packages can be booked as needed. The apartment is designed to accommodate up to 4 people. Smoking is prohibited at Hafenspitze 4, and pets are not allowed.

Set in a modern atmosphere, this chic 2-room apartment with a balcony at Hafenspitze 4 welcomes you with a spacious living area of 59 square meters. This attractive vacation rental is designed to accommodate up to 4 guests. The spacious living/dining area, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, is comfortably furnished and includes an internet-enabled flat-screen TV, ensuring a very pleasant stay. Two additional sleeping arrangements are available if you plan to travel with more than 2 people. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

For self-catering guests, a high-quality kitchenette integrated into the living area offers the utmost convenience, featuring a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and more. The adjoining north/east-facing balcony offers a view of the Holzhafen. You’ll spend your nights in a separate bedroom with a double bed. There’s also a modern, en-suite shower room. Upon arrival, the beds for 2 people are already made, and towels for 2 people are provided as part of the included services. If you’re arriving by car, parking spaces are available for a fee in the newly built parking garage at the harbor, approximately 300 meters away. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.
