"Great spot with great views. House is nice but a bit tired and needs some TLC. Rotted wood under front window by front door. First thing you see. Very dusty air intake in the kitchen along with the top of the refrigerator. Kitchen cabinet door under sink hanging on one hinge. One ceiling fan has a strong shake to it. Baseboards need a refresh paint. Having mentioned the above we still enjoyed our stay but for the premium price was expecting a 5 star facility"

"It's lovely place with enough space for all of us including a small dachshund. The hardwood floors have the "lived in" look which is nice and cozy. The unique seating in the kitchen, bottles, surfboards gave a wonderful "hang loose" feel.
