close to downtown

Close to downtown which was nice -- no morning coffee - no pop machines, stale donuts on one morning we stayed there. Had to ask for toilet paper and extra towels. When we arrived the staff person had a note posted on the door that she was gone until 6 pm - so we had to burn up two hours before we could even check in. Disappointing. The room was clean and liked that we had a microwave and fridge.

Staff sucked

Staff was never nice and was very hard to get to come to the front desk during both check in and check out. They have a doorbell thing and bell but never worked. Had to call the hotel to get them to answer and come. One time phone call didn't even work.

Over Night

Stayed over night at this Motel. It was what I needed a clean nice place to get some rest and one block away from Main Street. My wife and I stayed with our 12 yr old twins.

Simple hotel accomodations in downtown Dells

The hotel was plain and simple, with few frills (no pool or recreation area) however it was clean, comfortable and affordable for a "peak season" weekend stay in the Wisconsin Dells area. It was located within easy walking distance to downtown Dells shops, restaurants and Upper Dells boat tour docks. My stay was pleasant overall.

cheap rooms

this was our usual cheap room. there was no bathroom curtain. hot water took forever to come on. in fact had to ask if we even had hot water. room clean with the exception of the bathroom.....it sort of bordered on bad......tv sucked. other than that, the owners where helpful when we did need anything. would probably not stay there again. but in a tourist town, sometimes that your only choice.

Relaxing!

Stayed two nights. Very, very clean room. Comfortable bed. Room air conditioner fan a little noisy but kept the room cool. Would stay again. Wasn't looking for a place with a pool just an inexpensive place to rest a couple nights before we moved on for the rest of our vacation.

It was ok, but not again.

We arrived at supper time. We wanted to check in and go out to eat and go to a show. Instead we had to deal with a few problems. We had no air, towels, or soap. Went to front desk nobody there. Had to call cell phone. No response until we were at the show!! They took care of our needs. The room was too lit up to sleep well. Donuts for breakfast. I thought the review said breakfast. I don't do donuts for breakfas. I will stay elesewhere next time.

worst stay ever

From the beginning this stay we a disaster, we arrived to a locked office with no staff available and waited 45 until they came back from running errands... The room ac did not work and they had to fix it. There were no towels or extra toilet paper and the beds were rock hard. Also the staff was rude and gave us False info about the discount Noahs ark tickets I would never stay here again!!!
