Head off from the park to spend time at Welney Wetland Centre, 2 miles away, renowned for its impressive and rare wildlife. Venture 18 miles to spend time in Thetford Forest, with its many footpaths, trails and opportunities of outdoor activities. Visit the National Trust’s stately home, Oxburgh Hall, 22 miles away, where you can explore the 15th-century moated manor house and wander through the gorgeous estate.
