"My stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Wesley Chapel was slightly below neutral. The hallways were freezing. In my room, the HVAC would start by blowing heat but after about 30 minutes it switched to cold air, which made nights uncomfortable. Housekeeping also did not service the room for the first few days due to my meeting schedule, and even after I gave the front desk a specific window to clean it, the room was still not cleaned when I returned."

"The room was as pictured! Super clean, amenities were stocked, friendly staff, and the Rooftop bar had great drinks and tasty food. I would say that the WiFi wasn’t that great and the ac didn’t get as cool as I wanted. "
