"You have wonderful staff. Oliver on the front desk was so helpful even when I asked him to book a taxi at the wrong time. My only very minor complaint, is that the sausages at breakfast this morning were a little over cooked. They were great yesterday. "

"Took my daughter for a break from our caring duty for my elderly dad , the hotel was spotless , welcoming and staff were amazing and helpful , we stayed 2 nights and we have stayed in many hotels in Liverpool but I have to say the breakfast was exceptional, so much variety and so fresh , from start to finish it was amazing , we were in a courtyard room and the only small complaint was the excessive noise from either televisions or music past midnight which I did find annoying , overall I would willingly stay again , Thank you . "
