"It was so lovely to wake up to the harbour view everyday. Cafes, restaurants and convenience store within easy walking distance. An excellent playground nearby that was a hit with our kids every day."

The hosts were fabulous and very informative on how to get around Boston and gave us recommendations for wonderful restaurants within walking distance of the houseboat!! The houseboat was very clean and comfortable and the hosts provided pastries for our breakfasts which was very appreciated!! We would definitely stay at the houseboat again!!"

"The Green Turtle is in a fabulous location in a super friendly and safe marina. We were for 7+ days escaping the Florida heat and hang out with family. Jon’s check in hospitality and super customer service throughout was a treat. Only to be bettered by the harbor breezes through our open windows. Easy walks to gym, great breakfasts and fun/nice restaurants. Great trip!"

"This houseboat has it all!! Great interior setup. Lots of huge windows. Location to die for. Fully stocked kitchen. Awesome upper deck sitting area to watch the sunrise with coffee or sunset before heading to dinner. A bed that i could actually sleep well in... might have been the gentle rocking. Did i mention the incredible location!! Easy walking distance, minutes, to everything from great restuarants, attractions, parks, everything!! And you have to try the breakfast sandwiches at Sunny Girl...

"We had a great stay on the boat. Jon showed us everything we needed to know to make the most of our stay both on the boat and in Boston. Beautiful, safe, well-kept marina property. Ferry to Long Wharf just a few piers down. We had a blast. Great way to experience Boston!!"

"My son and I stayed here on a spring break trip. The location was a 5 min walk from the USS Constitution, a 10 min walk to Bunker Hill and a 20-30 min walk to the North End. However because we were on a boat in a marina there was zero traffic noise and that combined with the rocking motion of the houseboat meant I slept extremely well. Bonus: we were visited on several days by a pair of ducks who would hang out on the patio with us. Got to love a vacation home that comes with pets! Downsides?...

"Our stay on the Little Pearl was wonderful. It was a very quick walk to the USS Constitution and Bunker Hill, which put us right on the Freedom Trail. We chose not to rent a car and we were able to get around just fine using public transit and LYFT. There's a Dunkin' and a 7-Eleven a short walk away to grab quick and easy breakfasts to take back to the boat and enjoy on the deck. We did not use the kitchen area at all, so I cannot speak to that.
