"When we arrived, the home had no power. The owner said they would contact the utilities company. I asked them to keep us updated. We heard no further updates, even after reaching out again. We left and stayed in a hotel instead. We have video documentation of no power and roaches."

"We stayed 2 nights here for a football game in Greenville. The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient to everything we needed. The house was just as described. Had a few tech related glitches related to the TV and internet, but Boris stayed up late and helped us resolve it. If you are traveling to ECU for an event this would be a great choice. "

"Heidi was the most responsive host I’ve ever worked with. Most messages were answered in minutes. We had a complication on our end to which Heidi was gracious to accommodate. The home was updated, clean well appointed. There were three sitting areas to allow a large group to spread out. The process to check in and out could not have gone more smoothly. Also, really nice neighborhood, convenient to almost anything. "

"The house had lots of sleeping option. Quick and Easy to communicate with host. In a quiet neighborhood and 25 drive to ECU. The property has had some less than perfect repair jobs and several of the beds did not have bed frames. Just the mattress and boxsprings laying on the floor. The fridge was loaded with bottled water and can sodas. Over pretty decent place to stay. "

"When we arrived in Greenville, 3 1/2 hours away to move our son into his rental we ran into a bunch of hurdles and thought we may need to stay another night. Before check-in I messaged and asked if we could get another night. They were very fast responding that we could. We arrived exhausted from moving. The easy access to enter is great. The cleanliness is awesome. A very quiet neighborhood, close to ECU. I highly recommend the rental. "

"The Greenville Classic was just as listed. It was clean, safe and exceeded our expectation. We were close to various stores and restaurants. The patio was extremely useful to bird watch and see other small critters; also to have morning joe. We all felt very comfortable with the country living💗"
