Cozy apartment near the city center in a quiet location. The complex is situated on a tranquil side street in the heart of Winterberg. From the apartment, you can enjoy stunning views of Winterberg and the ski slopes. Hiking trails begin right outside the front door, and the ski slopes are just 2 km away, accessible by car or bus. The apartment includes a storage box for conveniently storing your bikes and skis. Parking is available in front of the accommodation.

The apartment features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a spacious living and dining room, and a large sunny patio, making it an ideal place for your holiday! It is suitable for 4 to 6 guests. The living and dining room opens onto a 30 m² balcony.

In the living room, you'll find a flat-screen TV with Dutch and German channels, stereo equipment, a surround sound system, and WiFi. The cozy seating area with a large dining table offers all the comforts you need. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with a large freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a Senseo coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle.

The master bedroom has a double bed and an extra pull-out bed, suitable for 2 people. The second bedroom features a large double bed, a cot, and a high chair. The bathroom includes a bath with a shower, a toilet, and a wash basin.
