Welcome to our tranquil 3rd-floor condo nestled at the rear of the Hi Country Haus complex, offering serene wooded mountain views while still being within walking distance of downtown restaurants and shops.

Enjoy the convenience of a private washer and dryer, ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. Plus, with the shuttle stop just steps away, accessing nearby attractions is a breeze.

At Hi Country Haus, you'll have access to an array of fantastic amenities, from a communal hot tub and fitness center to a refreshing swimming pool, playground, and a picnic area complete with shared charcoal grills.

And for those traveling with furry friends, rest assured that we're dog-friendly with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Experience the charm of our nicely updated condo, where relaxation and convenience await!

It was okay

The unit is dated. It was nice and clean but we didn’t appreciate the mice that would come out at night and eat the dog food.

Winter park escape

We spent 2 nights in this unit and enjoyed our stay. It is easy walking distance to the downtown area. The unit is darker than expected, and some of the blinds are hard to adjust- otherwise all was good.

Skiing trip

Nice place. Kitchen stove needs some deep cleaning . Frying pans should be replaced. Comfortable beds.

Cozy Condo

My wife and our two friends spent a ski weekend here and really enjoyed our stay. Condo was cozy and had everything we needed. Walkability to main street was an added plus. Would recommend!

Comfy and Rustic

Furniture and beds/bedding is very comfortable. Loved having laundry in unit. Parking is close and plenty of it. Lift shuttle to slopes is 26.5 steps away.

Nice cozy place for family ski trip

The condo was nice and the kitchen was fully stocked with all of the essentials including lots of spices which was nice. The pool and hot tub were the best part for my kids. The water was very warm and being so close we took advantage of it several times during our stay.

So great and convenient!

We had a blast in Winter Park and this property was so great! Just a few things would have made it more accessible for our young children. The toilets and sinks are really tall, so a step stool would have been awesome.

Nice well maintained property

Stayed for 4 nights, nice property well maintained and good location. On the 3rd floor so requires going up stairs but that also made the rooms quiet. Washer and dryer in unit was very handy to have. Comfortable beds and nice bedding. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great unit & location, will stay here again!

The unit was nice, efficient for our needs, located on the bus line to the mountain, easy walking distance to restaurants, and the price fit nicely within our budget. All visiting friends and family were impressed and complimentary of the accommodations. We plan to stay again in the near future.

great location

top floor of condo building, unit on corner, great for a pet. Spacious, comfortable, fully stocked kitchen. we did not need the couch as a bed and didn't pull it out, but the springs felt a little worn down. Also, no shampoo in unit.

Great stay in Winter Park!

We had a great time in Winter Park this past weekend with all the fresh snow! This property was the perfect size for us - two couples and two dogs. It was stocked with everything we needed to cook all our meals, had a nice large table to eat at, and had enough comfortable seating in the living room for all of us to hang out and watch TV together. The location was great - tucked behind the busy main road, but still a short drive to the resort - the only down side was that it was on the third floor and there were lots of dogs in other units, so it was sometimes a struggle getting our dogs all the way downstairs to pee without riling up other pups. All-in-all I would definitely stay in this unit again! SkyRun was easy to book with and very responsive in communications.

Mountain get away

Nice stay. Please turn the heat on beyond 50 for future guests. It took 5 hours to warm up the unit. Lightbulbs burned out in bathroom. Last bunkbed not made but luckily there was only 3 of us. Otherwise we enjoyed our time as a family. Cheers.

Great location!

I loved the location. Once there, I realized how close we were to everything and although COVID shut down most of the amenities that the rec center offered, the sledding trail that had been made by other occupants of the complex made up for it. We had sooo much fun just going down the trail with our own sled. We made smores in the grill under the pavilion and my grandkids loved the playground. But, if you are looking for an operable fireplace, this is not the place to go. I specifically made the reservation for this unit because it had one and didn't find out till 3 days prior to our trip that we could not use it. They never told me that or made mention of it in their listing like I had seen on other units advertised. I felt like it was FALSE ADVERTISEMENT on their part to the max. I understand if it's a liability issue, but they should've mentioned it in their ad. Instead, when I asked them (because I say in a review from someone else last December) about it, they apologized. I could not believe it. That's all they did. They offered to let me ck in a couple of hours early. Wow! They wouldn't even discount me a little for the inconvenience. Also, if you are more than 5 people, it's probably not the place. It says it accommodates 7 people. But, the sleeper sofa has a 5" mattress that is purely springs. Thank goodness that my daughter brought a feather down comforter that we were able to lay on top of it, along with a thick blanket that she brought. My 5 & 6 yr old grandkids had to sleep the opposite direction on the bed so they wouldn't be impacted by the metal bars and springs. And, it was filthy. There were crumbs, dirt and hair all over it. We had to clean it off ourselves. But, despite these two very important issues, we had a great time and the trip was very relaxing, fun and exactly what we needed as a family.

Great Christmas Say - Heat was Slow to Warm

Me and three other friends stayed here over Christmas to enjoy a few days of skiing during COVID. It took us awhile to find the shuttle the first day (it took us over 45 minutes to get to the Winter Park Base), but it was a little easier after that. The heat was very slow to kick in... the first night didn't get above 60 degrees in the house. We tried calling the after hours number, but they weren't able to help us. By the third night, the house was close to 70 degrees, but that also might have been because we used the stove and oven a lot. Other than that, this was a nice little place... although I wouldn't want to stay here with more than 4 guests total. The kitchen was great and the proximity to skiing was nice, too.
