DOGS must be in a kennel when alone in the condo. Pets must be on a leash at all times, and you are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. Excessive pet hair may result in additional fines. What to be aware of:

- Only ONE dog is allowed at this property. No biters, no barkers. Dog MUST be crated when left alone. Dog is not allowed on the furniture. Please pick up after their dog, no more than 1 DOG. NO OTHER ANIMALS. $100 dollar non-refundable pet fee will apply. Please notify the manager you are bringing a dog.
- No A/C due to cool mountain climate
- On 3rd floor so walk up two flights of stairs
- Must be 25 years old to reserve this property
- In the event that a private hot tub in a rental property becomes inoperable during your stay, SkyRun Winter Park will make all attempts to correct the problem as soon as possible and refund a maximum of $25 per day.  This does not apply to on-site recreational facilities where the guest has access to.
