Welcome to our townhome at The Timbers 9-4. Nestled in the charming town of Fraser, CO, this delightful condo is the perfect retreat for families and outdoor enthusiasts alike with several hiking and biking trails nearby. Enjoy a renovated interior, spacious floor plan, private balcony, 1 car garage parking and a common area outdoor hot tub. This unit is on the second floor of the building and has an open floor plan with living, dining and kitchen to provide an ideal spot to gather with all of your traveling companions and family. The cozy living room features a comfortable couch, gas fireplace, flat screen television with streaming services and DVD player for your favorite movies and ceiling fan to help cool off during the warmer summer months. You can access the private deck from the living room to view the mountains and surrounding forest. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and provides seating for up to four guests. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertop and plenty of cabinets for storage. There is a closet off the kitchen area with washer and dryer. In the primary bedroom you can get a restful night’s sleep on the king-sized bed, enjoy the ceiling fan, flat screen television and full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen/queen bunk bed - will sleep up to four; flat screen television and access to the second bathroom located in the main hallway. Bedding: King, Queen/Queen Bunk Bed Unit amenities include complimentary WI-FI access, private deck, dedicated work station, laundry room and fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning. Property amenities include one outdoor hot tub. Parking: There is parking for 1 vehicle in the garage and 1 vehicle in front of the garage. Please do not park on the complex streets.
