Great Place for Group Ski Trip

This condo was great for our group. Large enough to easily accommodate six grown men, with plenty of beds & baths. Location is convenient to both skiing and many good restaurant options nearby. The garage access made things super convenient as well.

Wonderful Christmas Getaway

We visited this property the week before Christmas, and had the most wonderful time. It was perfect for 2 families, total of 4 adults and 6 kids. The kids loved all of the cute Christmas decorations and hot tub. The adults loved the fully equipped kitchen.

Great Stay!

Place was exactly as described, clean, and fully stocked. Hot tub and view from roof were fantastic. The location was perfect - close to restaurants and the slopes. We were able to walk places even with all of the snow. The nearby construction really wasn't an issue (something I was concerned about). We will be staying with Winter Park Escapes again. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Perfect Spring Break Ski!

The property was excellent for our 3-generation family ski trip. Condo was well stocked for cooking, plenty of space to hang gear to dry, and the rooftop hot tub was a great way to end the day! Location was great, less than a 2 minute walk to the bus stop with littles that takes you directly to Winter Park. 10+ restaurants within walking distance. We felt this place was better than advertised, and the property management company is one of the best we’ve rented with.

Convenient, Clean, and Cozy!

We booked this home for 8 skiers in our late twenties - it was perfect for our group. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook full meals and it was amazing having 3.5 bathrooms. The hot tub was lovely on the roof and the heated garage was a big help. The Winter Park shuttle was very easy to use for transport to the mountain. Check-in and check-out was very easy. I would love to stay here again.

Great location and perfect for large groups!

I would highly recommend this to anyone and would definitely come back myself. The place was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked including most seasonings. We had 10 people fit comfortably. We did have one couple stay on the couch on the main level but it wasn’t a big deal because everyone mostly hung out on the 3rd floor balcony and hot tub. Only a short walk to the bus stop and a short bus ride to the main resort for skiing. We were able to walk to a lot of bars, restaurants, and breweries from the condo.

Great ski condo, great location

Very clean, well equipped condo. Lots of room for socializing and the spacious rooftop hot tub deck is a nice addition. Close to multiple Lift pickup/drop off locations for easy access to Winter Park ski base. Easy walk to several restaurants. Definitely would rent hare again. Only drawback is the nearby construction which at times can be inconvenient. Looks like the work will continue through summer 2023.

Two Family stay

This was a great place, ideally suited for 2 families of 4 each. In town location cannot be beat. I’m home amenities were plentiful. The roof top deck was the shining star though. Hot tub, bar top, lounging couch and table for 6. Rooftop grill was a nice touch in addition to the main level grill. Only update or upgrade needed would be better pots and pans, but that doesn’t change the 5 star review. We plan to be back.

Tremendous WP Rental!

The Penthouse Rooftop Townhome was the PERFECT rental for our group of 7! Incredibly comfortable and well-appointed with comfy furniture and beds, a fully stocked kitchen and an amazing hot tub on the roof, the townhome was also perfectly located -- no more than 500 feet from great restaurants like Smokehouse and Pepe Osaka and right around the corner from the Lift WP shuttle pick-up. WP Rentals was also on top of the very few minor issues we had; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this outstanding rental to anyone looking for the perfect ski house for a group!

Loved the rooftop deck, location, and layout!! Very easy access to the ski shuttle as well! WP Escapes team was attentive and responsive as well! There were a few minor issues which did prevent me from rating as a 5-star...there were multiple glasses that were cracked and placed back into the cabinet, one cabinet door was missing a hinge, and the hot tub appeared to be in need of cleaning (excessive amount of foam). Again, minor items - we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Annual Boys Ski Trip

The townhouse is exactly as described. It worked perfectly for our annual ski trip. There were 6 of us guys, so we all had our own bed. The ONLY critique I would give is that the 2 bunk rooms are VERY small. If you are travelling with kids, they are fine, but for 2 grown adults they are very small. There's hardly enough space to keep your luggage. Other than that, the place was great! The kitchen had all of the utensils and appliances needed. The living space could use better seating options. The hot tub on the roof has great views. The garage has enough space for two vehicles to park back to back. (We parked two full-size pickup trucks there with room to move around and maneuver our skis). Although we didn't use this option, the Lift (free transportation) bus station is literally right outside of the complex, probably 100 yards from the unit. Overall, great place to stay.

Amazing Property for a Family Retreat!

Our family (four adults, two kids, and our "furry friend"), stayed at this property over Thanksgiving week and had an amazing time. This was our first time using VRBO in Winter Park and we all came away feeling very spoiled by how great it was -- In fact, I'm sure anywhere else we stay will pale in comparison to our experience at this property. Everything about this property was top-notch and perfectly fit our family's needs. We especially enjoyed stargazing from the rooftop hot tub and the well-appointed kitchen and large dining room for our holiday meal. The 2-car garage was fantastic for keeping our car out of the snow and we were even able to charge up thanks to the 240v outlet and charger in the garage. The location is tough to beat; Right off of US-40 and close to shopping as well as the ski areas, which we took full advantage of for some early-season skiing and boarding. If you are looking for the perfect location in Winter Park with amazing amenities and responsive hosts, this is the place! We really look forward to another stay at this property again in the future!

Beautiful condo, lots of loud construction

We loved the condo, beautiful inside but please note there is no sleeping in. There is LOUD construction beneath all windows that begins around 7:30a.m. and last until 1p.m. Also, there is no air conditioning unit so it gets HOT inside. Unfortunately we were there when there were some large fires in Colorado so having to leave the windows opened the entire time never provided any relief from the smoke and haze. Day one we had watery eyes and runny noses. Ugh. We will book one of the condos again but only after the construction is over and it is not in the summer. The hot tub and rooftop provided AMAZING views and awesome entertainment for our daughters, which allowed us to work from our laptops while they played in the water. Really great property, just keep in mind the construction and lack of ac is a bit of a detriment.
