  • Experience a piece of history in this peaceful, tastefully renovated 1910 Manor. This fully furnished home features five bedrooms and three bathrooms, complemented by a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a butler's pantry, two stocked coffee bars, an office, and multiple quiet reading areas. Recent upgrades include new AC, Bluetooth speakers, and mood lighting for your comfort.

    The property offers a large, private yard in a serene country-like setting, while remaining within walking distance of many local amenities. Enjoy lake access with docks and a boat launch located directly across the street. We are also conveniently located near Legoland, Polk State College, Lake Maude Park, various sports complexes, hospitals, and event venues.

    Please note that only pre-approved events are permitted, with an additional fee for gatherings of over 25 people. Parking for more than six vehicles is available for an extra charge. Unapproved parties are subject to a fine of up to $1,000.

Great communication with the host , house was clean and has lots of room to spread out. We enjoyed our stay. The park across the street had loud music playing at night which isn’t the host’s fault. Coffee bar was well stocked and kitchen is very nice.

Building had nice amenities and was clean upon arrival. The host has cameras on the inside which is a little invasive and the neighborhood is not the best. Neighbors were really loud on Saturday night.

Senior softball stay

We stayed for a senior softball tournament. Great layout for multiple guests. Has all the amemities one would need. The host checked in regularly to make sure we didn't need anything.

Sweet Retreat

We had a lovely, relaxing time Beth is a wonderful host. She was proactive in communication and very attentive to our needs. The home is beautifully decorated and close to stores and the water. We had a wonderful time!

Airshow Headquarters

Me and friends stayed 4 nights while at the annual airshow. The house was wonderful and the host was always prompt to answer questions. We enjoy cooking out nightly rather than fighting restaurants and that worked out well. No complaints and will definitely stay there again!

Home away from home for a wedding.

Perfect place for us. Very clean. Plenty of space. Felt like home. It was a chilly weekend but the house was warm and the “fire place” made it feel comfy. There were some thoughtful decorations for the thanksgiving week. Great communication with the property manager.

We enjoyed our stay from check in to check out. The house was beautiful and spotless! Beth was an amazing host. The minor issues that occurred with the microwave was immediately resolved. She made every effort to make our stay pleasant. I will book again next year!!

Great Vacation!

Great location! Attended an area wedding plus went to Orlando and Tampa. No surprises here! Very spacious, clean and well decorated. Enjoyed looking at the art work as well as choosing a different room to relax in as the week went by. Beth communicated very well ensuring all needs were met. A very sincere caring person!

I cannot say enough nice things about the hosts! So helpful! The house was spacious, and perfect for the family of the groom as we prepared for the wedding. Convenient to all the emergency shopping runs we needed for rehearsal and wedding events. I would definitely book again if ever in the area with a large group.

Beautifully Appointed Home Away From Home

Wow!!! What an AMAZING property! This house has beautiful modern touches with the coziness of a historical home. From front to back, top to bottom, this home is spacious, gorgeously decorated, clean, and has everything you could possibly need! It was a perfect spot for us 5 ladies to relax, rest, cook meals, and read our books. There were so many perfect nooks for reading and relaxing. The house is so spacious and could easily fit a much bigger party than just us 5. Beth, our host, was so sweet and communicative. She was so helpful and lovely to chat with. Thank you, Beth!I only wish we could’ve stayed for more nights! Will definitely be back. This is a gem!

Beautiful House

Upon getting to this house the check in was a little difficult but the owner responded to our text with the code right away. The cell phone signal is very spotty here but the wifi worked great for all our needs. The only issue we had was heat diwnstairs. The owner was notified right away and worked so hard to have it fixed. I don't hold this against her because it was Christmas time. It started working the last night but I'm glad it will be working for the next guest. There is a fireplace too that heats up the house nicely. The house is beautiful inside and was decorated for Christmas. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we come back to the area.

This home exceeded our expectations. It was exactly as described, clean, spacious, comfortable, and ideal for our group of 7 adults and 1 teen. The host was outstanding, with excellent communication before and during, and even after our stay. We were in town for a wedding and the house was close to a lake, Publix and all the places we needed to be. We also left a dress shirt behind and host was great about getting in touch with me and making sure she got it back to us. Everything went smoothly, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Beautiful House

This property was ideal for our stay. It was warm, inviting and beautiful inside that has been all updated. The inside did not look like a 100 year old plantation home, but the feel was there. Our group would stay there again if ever we were back in the area!
