"The only complaint we had was we were on the 4th floor and the water never really got warm enough innthe shower. The facilitybwas clean, staff were friendly, and it looked modern. However when staying for surgery the next day it would of been nice to have a hot shower."
"We were given a room and found small black bugs in the bed. We were given a different room but were not given the refund that the clerk voiced would happen. Overall the staff were very helpful and said that the room would be examined by their pest controll contractor per hotel protocol. Pool was great and many guest enjoyed it."

• Check-in: The arrival of staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
