"Despite the fact that you had to do a lot of things online, the staff was very friendly and helpful! Really nice!. I only think that the wash basin in the single bed room is too small...you can't use the water from the tap properly to wash your face without spoiling water all around. The bed was good. As in all hotels, single bed rooms are very compact and small, alas..."

"Wir hatten einen rundum entspannten Aufenthalt in Campen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Unterkunft war exakt wie beschrieben: sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, praktische Details wie Fliegengitter inklusive.Besonders genial für uns: Der kleine eingezäunte Garten war perfekt für den Hund, und im Dorf gibt es einen tollen Spielplatz für die Kleinen.Auch die Lage ist ideal: Morgens gab es frische Brötchen vom Kiosk um die Ecke, das Landwirtschaftsmuseum liegt direkt nebenan, und für größere Einkäufe oder den Fahrradverleih ist man schnell im nahe gelegenen Ort Pewsum. Die Ausflüge zu den Leuchttürmen in Campen und Pilsum waren super Fotospots.Wir waren mit Kind und Hund unterwegs und haben uns ab Minute eins wohlgefühlt, die perfekte Mischung aus Ruhe und Unternehmungen."

"This 4 star hotel deserves more. The staff were great. On arrival a member of the team came out to help with the parking barier, as my car is RHD, parking is free. We were then directed to free afternoon coffee and cake. This is available twice a day. The room was spacious, modern, clean, with a safe and free limited mini bar, it also had air con, a bounus in a 36C heat wave. Breakfast had everything and for evening the hotel has a good well priced Italian restaurant attached. To finish our stay we watch dragon boat racing from the patio overlooking the harbour. My wife has told be I have to rebook, that says it all."
