"Enjoyed our stay for a very good price. Our standard double room wasn’t huge but looked newly renovated, everything was clean and fresh and the bathroom with walk-in shower was fantastic. Free parking right outside was very helpful. We were visiting family so didn’t have time to try the bar or restaurant. All in all a very good stay."

"Fantastic hotel, lovely staff, delicious food and central location to all the hotspots with a bus stop across the road with a regular bus service to and from all the hotspots. Room for 1 was clean and beautifully decorated but very small which meant that on warm sunny nights the heat builds up making it uncomfortable to get ready and sleep in, easy fix, needs Air Con or a decent fan as the ones in the room were inadequate, however would this stop me returning, absolutely not as everything else in the Kings Head Inn was first class. Special shout to Sean/Shaun who gave me some lovely scenic places to walk."

"Traditional and slightly dated hotel. The accommodation was more than adequate and the food and service excellent. Its proximity to Keswick town centre is a bonus, especially as parking is free. After checkout we were told we could leave our car on the premises for the rest of the day if we so wished. "
