This is an immaculate brand new 1-bedroom basement suite. Located in the Sage Creek area. Close to Sage creek mall which includes Sobeys, Shoppers Drug Mart, Tim Hortons, McDonald's, Pizza Pizza, Block & Blade Restaurant and other fast food joints as well as RBC and TD bank. 15 minutes drive to the University of Manitoba, a 20-minute drive to downtown, and a 15-minute drive to Kildonan Place which has all the major stores. The house is situated in a serene and peaceful SE part of Winnipeg.
