"There's a big area of the farm that guests are allowed to walk around, which our 2yo loved! We also loved exploring the old dairy sheds. The house itself is clean and modern. We'll definitely be recommending to our friends for a winter getaway."

"Our family loved our weekend at Highlands Lake House. Sam was amazing to communicate with. Location stunning. House had great atmosphere. We loved the log fire and fire pit. Highly recommend. Only comment would be to Stayz that it would improve information for people with additional needs if you listed each accessibility feature rather than just a generic ‘wheelchair accessible’ comment. "Kids had a ball. Woke up of their own accord before 6am to feed the calves and baby lambs and collect the chickens eggs. Judith and Don were so nice. Great experience, can’t wait to do it again."

"The number lock on the gate was a nightmare to open at all times. It took us a minimum of 15 minutes each time to open. Hope this could be made easy. Other than that we would give 5 stars for everything else."
