"Front desk service was absolutely amazing. The staff was not as prepared for a tornado as they should be. Seemed no employee really knew what to do or how to get guests to safety. Not good. Most staff were excellent at bar, restaurants and casino. The food at the coffee bar was gross. Disappointed the smokehouse was closed. Despite website, there are no free drinks while you gamble. Rooms were just fine, nice to have a fridge. Glad to have a shuttle to concert venue but $15 is a bit much. "

"This Embassy is always so great. Beds are comfy, rooms are large and clean, and breakfast buffet is top notch. The convention center is an easy walk to and from the hotel. We love getting to stay here every year for our tattoo convention and we will continue to book our stay here!"
