Golden Haven Hot Springs

8/10 Good

"Very large, attractive room. Very friendly and helpful staff who appear to be genuinely interested in making your stay better. There are little things that need to be attended to, like needing a lamp placed on the large table/desk. I gave my list of suggestions to the manager when I left, she thanked me for taking the time to help them, and I am sure she will be considering them. The pool and spa were closed for cleaning the week I was there, which was unfortunate. I would stay again."
